The Poll Manager involves the following operations:
(1) Create a new questionnaire to be added to the waiting list of topics.(2) Scan the waiting list of questions and vote to change the order of topics on the list.
(3) Choose another topic for the current poll. This command includes replacement of the topic of the current poll by a new one selected from the waiting list, while the previous poll stays in the list of active polls, as well as updating of the statistics chart (to avoid any influence of the intermediary voting results on voters, in our system we present the statistics chart of the previous poll).
(4) View the list of active polls, which contains all polls that have had the status of "current poll" at least once, except for those deleted by the user. All polls in the list are in the active mode, i.e. the visitors still have a chance to voice their opinion in any active poll. One can also look though the results chart in retrospective for a certain date.
(5) Delete the poll. The user can delete any topic from the waiting list and from the list of active polls.
